What we collect

When you fill out the booking or contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email, phone number, and message. That goes straight to Chef Eddie by email so he can reply and plan your dinner. Nothing more, and only when you choose to send it.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site, for example which pages get read and which services get asked about, so we can improve it. Before you make a choice on the cookie banner, and if you choose Essential only, this measurement runs in Google's consent mode: no cookies are set and no identifier that could follow you between visits is stored, so Google receives only aggregated, anonymous usage signals. If you choose Accept all, Google Analytics may set cookies. We load no advertising or session-recording tags such as Google Ads, Meta Pixel, or Microsoft Clarity. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. We never sell, share, or rent your personal information.

One small note is stored in your browser to remember your cookie choice, so we do not ask on every visit.

How we use it

We use your form details to reply to you and plan your experience. We use the analytics to understand how guests find the site so we can make it better. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. The only companies that touch it are the tools named here that process it for us: Formspree, which delivers the form to our inbox, and Google, which provides the analytics.
