Start by filling out the booking form or reaching out directly. We'll talk about your group, dietary preferences, and what kind of experience you're looking for. You'll work together with Chef Eddie to create a custom menu that fits your taste, occasion, and dietary needs. He'll guide the process, but it's always a collaboration.

The fun stuff
What is the airspeed velocity of a European swallow?
Ah, that depends: are we talking about an unladen swallow? (But really, we specialize in dinner parties, not bird-related aerodynamic trivia.)
Is it true sloths sometimes crash dinner parties in Costa Rica?
Only if you're lucky. In the jungle, you never know who might show up: toucans, howler monkeys, and yes, the occasional uninvited sloth guest. They're usually pretty chill.
Can I challenge the chef to a plantain cook-off?
You can try, but he's been training for this moment his whole life. Prepare to be out-fried, out-flavored, and out-plated. You've been warned.
